Welcome to Zevento — your trusted on-demand party decoration booking platform. By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be confirmed with full or partial advance payment as displayed during checkout.

Prices shown for packages are inclusive of decoration materials and setup charges unless otherwise specified.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation up to 48 hours before the event is eligible for a partial refund (after deducting preparation costs).

Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may not be refundable due to material & manpower allocation.

3. Changes & Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are subject to decorator availability and may incur additional charges.

Theme or package changes after confirmation may lead to price adjustments.

4. On-Site Setup & Responsibility

Our team will deliver and install the décor at the agreed venue and time.

Clients are requested to ensure safe access, electricity (if required), and permissions for décor setup.

Zevento is not liable for damage caused after the setup is handed over or due to weather conditions for outdoor décor.

5. Usage Rights

By booking, you grant us the right to use photos/videos of the décor setup (excluding personal/private content) for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
